Agilent Technologies - Upcoming Procurement System Changes as of May 1st

Dear Valued Supplier,

On May 1, Agilent Technologies will migrate to a different ERP system for indirect materials and services orders. As a result you will receive replacement indirect materials purchase order (PO) numbers.

We will contact you again in March with more details on this planned PO and invoice transition, but wanted to provide you with some advance notice.  We greatly value your business with us, and will do our best to ensure a smooth transition of your POs and invoices.

Our ship-to and bill-to addresses are staying the same; however our indirect materials PO numbers will change on May 1.

• PO numbers starting with "90XX" will be replaced with new PO numbers.
• POs with number ranges "23XX," "43XX” and "50XX" will not be affected by this change.
